Our cushions are treated with premium water-repellent finish, making liquids bead up and roll off the fabric surface effectively. It works great against light drizzle, coffee spills and accidental splashes.
Please bring cushions indoors during heavy rainstorms or prolonged damp weather to keep the cushions in good condition and extend their service life.
How to clean and maintain Fourluck outdoor cushions?
All our seat cushions are designed with concealed zippers and detachable outer covers.For daily upkeep, simply wipe stains partially with mild soap and clean water. The removed cover can be hand washed separately.
Do not use strong bleach or harsh chemical detergents, so the waterproof and anti-stain coating can be well protected.
Does the cushion filling keep its shape after long-term use?

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

What is your return & refund policy?
Customers may apply for return or refund within 30 calendar days upon receiving the items.To qualify for return, outdoor cushions must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and all accessories intact, and be resalable.
Unused and undamaged products with original packaging can be returned within 30 days upon delivery.Buyers shall bear the return shipping fee in most cases. If the product is confirmed to have factory defects with valid proof, we will cover the return freight.
How can I track my package?

Does the fabric come with fade resistance warranty?
All our fabrics pass professional UV resistance testing, with a UV endurance of 1000 to over 1500 hours based on specific material.We offer limited warranty for severe structural damage and fabric breakdown. Please note that slight gradual fading caused by long-term sun exposure is a normal property of outdoor fabrics and not covered under warranty.
