Shipping Policy | Fourluck Official Online Store

1. Service Shipping Territory

Fourluck only ships orders to valid delivery addresses within the United States, including the 50 U.S. states and official U.S. territories. We do not provide international shipping, cross-border delivery or overseas logistics services to any countries or regions outside the United States.

2. Order Processing Period

  1. Once your order is submitted and payment is fully verified, we will process, pack and arrange shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded from business days and will not be counted in the processing timeline.
  2. Any order placed on weekends or official American holidays will be scheduled for processing on the next regular business day.
  3. In case of temporary out-of-stock of outdoor cushion products, we will send a notification email to inform you of the shipment delay. You may choose to wait for restock or cancel the order for a full refund with no extra fees.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After the parcel is picked up by the logistics carrier, standard ground shipping normally takes 5–10 business days to arrive at your destination address.

Delivery duration may be affected by courier workload, remote location, severe weather, natural disasters and other force majeure factors. We guarantee order dispatch within the stated processing window, but we do not guarantee an exact fixed delivery date.

4. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Rule

  1. Free Standard Shipping: All orders that meet the minimum order subtotal threshold marked on our website qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the US.
  2. Paid Shipping: For orders below the free shipping minimum spend, a flat shipping rate will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on your checkout page before you complete payment.
  3. Extra surcharges may apply for extremely remote U.S. territories or PO box addresses, which will be indicated separately during checkout.

5. Delivery & Signature Liability

  1. You are solely responsible for entering your complete and accurate recipient name, street address, ZIP code and working phone number. We take no responsibility for undeliverable packages, lost items or additional redelivery charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information you provide.
  2. The risk of loss, theft or damage to outdoor cushions transfers to you immediately once the courier marks the order as “Delivered” or the package is signed for at your designated shipping address.
  3. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days after the expected delivery date with order details and photographic proof. We will assist with courier claims, replacement shipment or order refund based on the logistics investigation result.

6. Order Address Modification

  • Before the package is dispatched from our warehouse: You may request free edits to your shipping address and contact information via customer service.
  • After the parcel has been handed over to the logistics company: Address changes are no longer available. Any package interception requests will incur relevant service fees to be covered by the buyer.

7. Returned Package Disposal

If the package is sent back to our warehouse due to buyer refusal of delivery, invalid address, failed contact or missed pickup:
  1. Should you request re-delivery of the item, you must cover the secondary outbound shipping cost.
  2. If you apply for a full refund instead, the original initial shipping fee will not be reimbursed.

8. Force Majeure Exemption

Fourluck shall not be held liable for shipping delays, package damage or lost shipments caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemic restrictions, traffic lockdowns, carrier system malfunctions, governmental policy adjustments and warfare.

9. Logistics Tracking & Support

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped. You can look up real-time delivery progress with the tracking link.
