Welcome to Fourluck! This platform is owned and operated by the legal entity behind the Fourluck brand (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Fourluck”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Fourluck operates an online e-commerce platform where consumers may directly purchase the full line of outdoor cushion products under the Fourluck brand.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the official Fourluck e-commerce website (the “Site”), including all content, features and retail services available on the Site. By browsing, accessing, registering with or placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are not permitted to use this Site or make any purchases from us.

This Site and all sales services are exclusively available to residents and purchasers located within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, delivery or cross-border transactions.

1. Brand & Product Information

This Site serves as the official retail channel for the Fourluck brand. All items sold on the Site are outdoor cushions and matching accessories (collectively the “Products”). We reserve the right to update product styles, dimensions, colors, materials and functional descriptions at any time without prior notice for product iteration and business optimization purposes.

All product descriptions, images, videos, specifications and introductions displayed on the Site are for reference only. Minor color difference or texture deviation caused by shooting lighting, display devices and manual manufacturing are considered normal and shall not be deemed product defects.

2. Eligibility to Use and Purchase

You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your state of residence to use the Site and submit orders. If you are a minor who has not attained the legal age of majority, you may only access the Site and purchase Products under the supervision and explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall bear full liability for all your activities and payment actions on the Site.

You warrant that all information submitted during browsing, account registration and checkout is true, accurate, complete and valid. If we reasonably determine that the information you provide is false, invalid or that you have breached these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your orders, restrict your Site access or suspend services to you.

3. Order & Payment Terms

3.1 Order Confirmation

After you submit and fully pay for an order, we will send an order confirmation email to your designated email address. A binding sales contract between you and Fourluck shall only take effect after we issue such confirmation email and complete internal order review. We reserve the sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to listed price errors, insufficient inventory, suspected fraudulent transactions, abnormal order behavior or violations against these Terms.

3.2 Payment Methods & Fees

The Site supports mainstream local payment methods available on the checkout page. All product prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Unless otherwise specified, listed prices do not include shipping fees or applicable sales and use taxes.

You shall be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local sales taxes, use taxes and surcharges incurred from your purchase. We will collect relevant taxes in compliance with state tax regulations across the United States. If you qualify for tax exemption, you must provide valid official tax exemption documentation for our verification.

3.3 Price Adjustment

We reserve the right to revise product prices, shipping rates and promotional rules at any time without advance notice. The final amount charged for your order shall be the total displayed and paid upon order submission.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Coverage: All orders are only delivered to valid physical addresses within the United States (including all states and territories of the U.S.). Cross-border shipping is not provided.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we will arrange shipment within the processing time stated on each product page. Delivery timelines are subject to courier performance, destination address, weather conditions and force majeure events. We guarantee timely dispatch of packages but do not guarantee a fixed delivery date.

You are responsible for entering accurate delivery address and contact details. We shall not be liable for failed delivery, package loss or additional redelivery fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall transfer to you immediately upon signature confirmation or delivery to the designated shipping address.

5. Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

This section complies with consumer protection regulations set forth by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and applicable state consumer laws.

5.1 General Return Policy

You may apply for a return or full refund within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the Products. To qualify for return, outdoor cushions must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, kept in original packaging with all complete accessories and remain resalable. Custom-made goods, final clearance sale items, and products damaged by personal use, improper cleaning or intentional destruction are non-returnable.

5.2 Defective or Damaged Merchandise

If you receive defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped or missing items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours after delivery and provide photo or video evidence. We will arrange complimentary replacement, full refund or partial compensation based on the actual situation. Return shipping fees caused by manufacturing defects or our fulfillment errors will be borne by us.

5.3 Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns requested due to personal reasons (including but not limited to dissatisfaction, improper sizing or personal preference mismatch), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned intact Products, and funds will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable business period.

5.4 Warranty Service

Fourluck provides standard after-sales warranty coverage for manufacturing defects on all outdoor cushions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper outdoor application, accidental impact, intentional vandalism, natural material wear beyond regular use, or destruction caused by extreme weather and natural disasters.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Fourluck exclusively owns all intellectual property rights presented on this Site, including without limitation trademarks, logos, brand names, product designs, written content, images, videos, graphics, website source code and page layout. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, disseminate, commercially exploit or authorize any third party to use the aforementioned intellectual property content without our formal written approval. Any unauthorized commercial use, infringement, plagiarism or alteration shall constitute a breach of these Terms and relevant U.S. intellectual property laws, and we reserve all rights to pursue full legal remedies and claim compensation for incurred losses.

7. Site Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

When accessing and using this Site, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Violate federal, state and local laws, regulations and public order and good morals of the United States;

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, Fourluck shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchased Products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, data loss and loss of use.

We do not warrant that Site services will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure or immune to unauthorized third-party intrusion. We accept no responsibility for service outages or functional malfunctions resulting from network failures, system maintenance, third-party platform errors, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, warfare and policy adjustments.

Outdoor cushions are daily outdoor consumer goods. We shall not be responsible for personal injury or property damage stemming from improper use, overuse or failure to follow product usage instructions by the customer.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all sales transactions concluded between you and Fourluck shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state statutes, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase activities shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States for settlement.

10. Term Revisions & Service Updates

We reserve the right to revise, update and amend these Terms at any time to accommodate business development and legal compliance requirements. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site and take effect immediately upon publication.
